Por que colocamos um # no atributo href do link?
Já que não temos nenhuma página para vincular e não queremos obter um "404" mensagem, colocamos # como link. Na vida real, é claro que deveria ser um URL real para a página "Pesquisar".
Bootstrap 5 também fornece oito botões com contorno/borda.

Um botão pode ser definido para um estado ativo (aparecer pressionado) ou desativado (não clicável):
A classe .active
faz com que um botão pareça pressionado, e o atributo disabled
torna um botão inclicável. Observe que os elementos <a> não suportam o atributo desativado e devem, portanto, usar a classe .disabled
para fazê-lo parecer visualmente desativado.
